Due to the limited number of rooms at Tea Trails, we need a 30% payment when booking and the balance one month in advance of arrival.
During peak period, 30% non-refundable deposit when booking, the balance 60 days in advance of arrival.
A booking of four rooms or more is considered a full bungalow booking. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking, the balance 90 days in advance of arrival.
Within 30 days of arrival 30% of full stay charge, within 21 days 40%, within 14 days 50%, within 7 days 100%.
During peak period, within 45 days 50% of full stay charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% full stay cancellation charge
Full bungalow booking within 60 days full stay cancellation charge
In keeping with the peaceful ambiance and tranquil setting that is at the heart of Ceylon Tea Trails, we ask that parents exercise judgment when booking with young children so as not to disturb other guests’ enjoyment. We ask that parents ensure that children are not noisy inside the bungalow. They have plenty of opportunities to scream and shout on the various excursions we offer.
Children aged 2-12 sharing adult room are charged US$ 73 per child per day fully inclusive of meals and drinks. One extra bed can be provided per room. Upto two extra beds can be provided in a Master Suite.
