Security of your Payment:
Your payments are processed entirely on the Secure Payment Sites operated by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) for Master and Visa card payments. Your card details are not received or stored by Tea Trails in any form, and when you place an order as part of the checkout process you are automatically taken to the HSBC Secure Payment facility for Master and Visa card payments. Your credit card information will be securely transmitted to HSBC using SSL 128-bit encryption. All payments are denominated in United State Dollars (US$), Great Britain Pounds (GBP) and Euros. SSL, security internet protocol known as Secure Socket Layer, uses connection-oriented end-to-end encryption to provide data confidentiality service and data integrity service for application layer traffic between your web browser and the secured HSBC payment gateway servers. It provides data encryption, server and client authentication and message integrity between the client and the web server.

Privacy Policy:
We value the confidentiality of your personal information. In order to guarantee your protection from abuse of your financial information, we do not store any personal financial information on our servers and process all payments securely on the HSBC Secure Payment Site. This data is protected by SSL 128-bit encryption. Other personal information entered for contact purposes is not divulged to any third party entity, and used solely for the purpose authorized by you, for information relating to your booking.

* Cancellation made within 1 month, 30% of full stay charge levied. * Cancellation within 3 weeks, 40% of full stay charge levied. * Cancellation within 2 weeks, 50% of full stay charge levied. * Cancellation within 1 week, 100% of full stay charge levied.

Refund policy during peak period (Dec. 21st - Jan. 11th)
* Cancellation made within 45 days, 50% of full stay charge levied. * Cancellation made within 1 month, 100% of full stay charge levied.

Refund Policy for full bungalow booking
* Cancellation made within 2 months, 100% of full stay charge levied.
